Wednesday Yoga

They are all at it  -  the footballers, the cricketers, the rugby teams, cycling team, skiers, motor bikers, tennis players and even farmers! 

They are all doing some yoga, the ancient system that goes back over 5,000 years which keeps us healthy, strong and
flexible in body, breath and mind!  Come and join us at Water Yeat Hall and discover for yourself the many benefits of yoga.

Yoga times on Wednesdays:
Morning session 10.30 until 12. noon
Evening session 7.30 until 9.00 p.m.
